 The Veterans of
Foreign Wars
Motorcycle Group
Unit 1 is
sponsored by VFW
Post 12024.
Unit 1 is a
family oriented
organization
that is
dedicated to the
ideals of the
Veterans of
Foreign Wars of
the United
States, the
enjoyment of
motorcycle
riding, and the
comradeship of
its members.
The Veterans of
Foreign Wars
Motorcycle Group
is the only
Group authorized
by the Veterans
of Foreign Wars
(Department of
Texas) to wear
the Cross of
Malta. The
Veterans of
Foreign Wars
Motorcycle Group
does not
sponsor,
endorse, or
recognize any
Riders Clubs, or
Motorcycle Clubs
claiming
affiliation with
the Veterans of
Foreign Wars.
The Veterans of
Foreign Wars
Motorcycle Group
is a neutral
club and claims
no affiliation
with and or
allegiance to
any organization
other than the
Veterans of
Foreign Wars of
the United
States.
 The purpose of
the VFW
Motorcycle Group
is to promote
interest in
various forms of
motorcycle
activities that
will promote
membership and
any programs
that are
sponsored by the
VFW. To
encourage a
better
understanding of
Motorcycle
Riding as a
constructive
sport among
members of the
Public, Law
Enforcement
Agencies, and
other Veterans
Organizations.
Members must be
of Good
Character, meet
all eligible
requirements of
and be a member
in good standing
of the VFW.
We meet at
different
locations
throughout the
Greater Houston
Area in order to
spread the word
to veterans and
assist VFW Posts
and other Units
with their
activities.
